Terms and conditions
By requesting orientation you agree to use Umbralia as an initial orientation, referral and operational communication tool.
Platform use
Umbralia lets you request initial orientation by WhatsApp and organize the referral to a suggested professional.
Payments
Umbralia does not process payments. Method, final amount and conditions are coordinated directly with the suggested professional.
Cancellation and rescheduling
Cancellation with refund eligibility may be requested up to 24 hours before the agreed time. Date or time changes may be requested up to 48 hours before the appointment. After those windows, any exception is subject to the prior agreement between patient and therapist.
Limits
The platform is not designed for emergencies, crises or immediate-risk situations. In Argentina, you can also call 0800-999-0091 (Orientación y Apoyo en la Urgencia de Salud Mental) or 0800-333-1665 (Salud Mental Responde).
